Welcome to CanvasCreations School. By enrolling in our courses, attending our workshops, or accessing our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully.
1. General
CanvasCreations School offers a variety of art classes, workshops, and private lessons. All participants are expected to adhere to the policies outlined by the school, including respecting our instructors, facilities, and fellow students.
2. Enrollment and Payment
Class enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment for all packages and sessions is non-refundable, except in cases where a class is canceled by the school. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students may reschedule or cancel their enrollment up to 48 hours before the start of a class. Cancellations made after this period may result in the forfeiture of the class fee. In the event of class cancellation by CanvasCreations, students will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive attitude during all classes. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including images, lesson plans, and techniques taught during the class, remain the intellectual property of CanvasCreations and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.
6. Liability
CanvasCreations School is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss of property that may occur during participation in our classes. By attending our classes, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.
7. Changes to the Terms
CanvasCreations School reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to students enrolled in ongoing courses.
